This is one of the easiest and most important testimonials I have ever written. I know if you were to look up the true definition of a miracle worker, it would simply say “Tammy Perrine”

Tammy has been my own miracle worker since 2008. I became sick in 2005 and was eventually diagnosed with a host of illnesses. She is so much more that a Physical Therapist. It is Tammy’s brilliance combined with a genuine abundance of caring and compassion that defines who she is. I have been seen by her during my deepest depths of despair, in indescribable pain, and she has brought me back to a place of relief and real hope. I completely trust her with my body and state of health. She sees the body as a whole and her hands are like magic. She is a huge part of why I have quality of life; so much so she encouraged me to pursue my ultimate passion of helping others as she had helped me. I am currently a Pilates Instructor and Tammy enables me to continue to live my freedom I have worked so hard for. She is my health practitioner, mentor, inspiration, and friend

You haven’t really experienced true healing physical therapy until you’ve experienced Tammy Perrine. Hers is unlike any other physical healing modality you’ve ever tried.

Tammy is exceptional in creating space for the body to heal, and doing it in a supportive, nurturing, compassionate way. Her knowledge is incredible, her hands on approach means that you leave each session feeling like you have a new body. Tammy saved my knees – I went from constant pain to pretty much pain free! She fixed my dislocated finger, my chronic wrist pain, and keeps my neck and jaw from the crazy tightness that had characterized that entire area. I trust her implicitly – Tammy has been truly instrumental in my physical well-being, and become a true friend besides. She works miracles, again and again. Every person I’ve sent to her has truly benefited, often in dramatic ways. I am so thankful to have Tammy in my life…and you will be too! This will be the best money you’ve ever spent, guaranteed!

Tammy is by far the BEST physical therapist I have ever had the pleasure of being treated by. Before being referred to Tammy by a family friend I had been misdiagnosed and misguided

by a few other physicians for over 6 months and was still experiencing severe back pain, excruciating pain in my right leg and numbness in my right foot…nothing was helping or getting better. Finally, after speaking with my old athletic trainer from college, I was told I possibly had a herniated disc, and I needed to get an MRI. Sure, enough I had a herniated S1/L5 disc, and it was protruding out 10mm and hitting my sciatic nerve. I had suffered countless months and had been guided to do the wrong treatments and the pain only continued to get worse. I was no longer able to sit for long periods of time, I wasn’t sleeping, I couldn’t drive without being in intense pain and even walking for long periods of time was difficult. I have played sports and been active my entire life and I was completely halted from being able to do anything, even something as simple as walking. No matter what I was doing, I was in constant excruciating pain and it was an extremely difficult time for me and the pain took over my life, prevented me from being me and doing all the things I loved, I wasn’t even able to hold conversations with people and being in constant pain was more frustrating than I can put into words. I was finally able to meet with Tammy and she was absolutely wonderful. She is extremely knowledgeable, informative, caring, understanding and you feel completely comfortable when you are in her presence. She wanted to treat my injury the right way and avoid surgery and I am so thankful for her and her dedication to me and to get me healed to avoid the surgery route. She completely prepared me for what to expect with the herniated disc healing process and Tammy warned me for the setbacks that can happen in the process, and she was spot on with what she told me could happen because it did, but she has helped me every single step of the way. She is always a joy to see when you have an appointment and so encouraging and uplifting and just makes you feel better. Tammy always answered my questions, and she knows what she’s doing, and I am amazed just how quickly she can look at you and know if you are tilted or shifted and what needs to be done to get you back to where your body needs to be. Her at home rehabilitation program is awesome so you don’t have to go many times during the week like other PT programs and although it is a financial sacrifice for me to go, SHE IS WORTH EVERY DOLLAR I have spent. Finally after suffering and going through this process for over a year and a half, Tammy has given me my life back, I have been sleeping through the night, I can walk/run, I can drive and the pain is completely gone and because of Tammy she has helped me get back to doing what I love and I can be active again and I am forever grateful to her for all that she has done. She truly is amazing and incredible and the best money I have spent. I would and will recommend her to anyone and everyone. THANK YOU TAMMY!

Do you want to come back a better, more balanced and utilize that untapped athlete inside you? This is the place to be. Physical Healing with Tammy Perrine. Her ability to root

out your issues…is amazing. I was in the worst shape of my life. Injuries, neglect and frustration put me on a path to an unhealthy lifestyle. As a lifelong Surfer/Snowboarder I knew I had to get back to what I loved. With a scoped knee, shattered collar bone, scar tissue, and imbalances throughout my body….it was going to take some dedication on my part and the watchful eye of a serious professional. 1 year later I was in good physical shape and doing what I love. Tammy helped bring me back to myself, and then some. As I take steps forward and even a few steps back, Tammy Perrine is there to guide and get me on the right path. It is absolutely worth the price of admission. And will no doubt save you money in the future. Physical healing is the real deal!

As a very active and lifelong athlete, I have worked with many physical therapists over the years. Tammy Perrine has succeeded where other physical therapists have failed. I found
-
Tammy to exhibit a deep and intuitive understand of the human body and the interconnectedness of the musculoskeletal systems. Where other physical therapists with whom I have worked skimmed the surface and attacked only the symptoms, Tammy has been able, time after time, to zoom in on the root problem right away. If you need someone to do generic PT exercises with you because you are not disciplined to do them on your own, go somewhere else. If, however, you are looking for a superbly talented physical therapist — one who will get to the root of your problems and solve them, go to Tammy.

I have been treated by Dr. Tammy since October 2023. On my first visit my body was in a complete crisis. I couldn’t lift either arm above 90 degrees without shooting pains in both

shoulders. My hip was totally locked up. It would take me 10 minutes just to get out of bed, I was suffering from severe night sweats, vertigo and the inflammation was so intense I could barely put on my shoes. During this time I also had a cancer scare.
I would drive a full 90 minutes to see her and the drive was so painful - but I knew if I stuck with it the healing would occur. Today I have ZERO pain in my body. My flexibility is back and there is no inflammation. I am confident to take on any physical challenge and I continue to push and test myself.
None of this would be possible without the incredible care and attention that Dr. Tammy gave me. Her knowledge is unsurpassed, but I believe it is her intuitive abilities that separate her from any doctor I have ever been to.
I no longer “need” her care, yet I continue to see her once a month for an tuneup, and every visit I learn something new that I can use to improve.
I wholeheartedly endorse her.

What more can I tell you that others haven’t already expressed? I met Tammy in 2003, just after surgery for carpal tunnel syndrome. She was teaching Pilates and I was so motivated

by her classes. I wish she could teach again!! But she started by saving my hands and wrist, and later when I overdid it with my low back, she put me back together again. I really messed myself up, so it took some time. Oh, and then the old wounds from whiplash and too much laptop work in a stressful work environment…my neck was next. It was a concrete block. I now move my head and neck and am no longer in the throes of chronic pain from low back issues. All the sessions with Tammy were immensely helpful, and the exercises she taught me save me even when I can’t get in to see her. Now, I am finally having my husband go in for a session. He has years of surfing and athletic activities but recently he sprained his neck, and I know she will make him all better again and bring him to the best posture he has had in months. Thank you forever Tammy. See you again soon, I am sure!! If you are hesitating, wait no more. You will thank yourself for the step you take toward your own healing.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Tammy. I’m not usually one to speak so dramatically, but after my experiences both before and since working Tammy, I don’t

hesitate to call her a miracle worker.
About four years prior to seeing Tammy, I had two micro-discectomy (sp?) surgeries for a herniated disc in my lower back. Each time was a six month recovery, thousands of dollars and an overall awful experience. Following the second surgery, I was given some daily stretching exercise and for the next four years or so, I was back to my normal, active lifestyle. However, one day about five months ago doing my routine morning stretches, I had a huge flare-up and essentially couldn’t get out of bed. After trips to the ER, MRI and a few other physical therapists, I was finally introduced to Tammy and I finally began to get better. Tammy was pointing out issues and asking questions that no one else considered. Prior to seeing Tammy, I was convinced I was destined for my third surgery, but Tammy essentially built me back up. Not only does she treat her patients while in her office, she gives us exercises and techniques for home or at the gym so that we can continue our recovery on our own. That’s another great thing about Tammy – her approach to medicine isn’t to “come see me once a week and keep paying me forever so that you don’t get hurt again.” She treats us so that we know how to continue to heal ourselves so that we don’t need to keep paying for recovery. After about five months of seeing Tammy, I went from over-medicating on pain pills and barely being able to get out of bed for the bathroom to getting back to jogging, yoga, playing softball, sitting through meetings, hiking, traveling, etc. Essentially back to living my life prior to that awful flare up that I thought for sure meant Surgery Number Three. Tammy also has an emotional/mental approach to her practice. I always find myself in a better mood after an appointment with Tammy. She’s just a genuine, good person to be around, in addition to her Physical Therapy Super Powers! Again, I can’t recommend Tammy enough. If you’re in need of treatment, you’re in fantastic hands with Tammy.
